Our first outlet opened in Kings Cross in May 2006 and this has been a great success based on its spectacular interior and great customer service. We have since opened another 45 shops in and around London and the South East and we are constantly in the process of building and rolling out new shops.
Each shop has been specially designed to be an open and inviting environment for customers to relax and enjoy themselves. Comfort, interior design and layout has been high on our agenda as has offering new in-store betting options such as our betterex machines – our automated cash betting exchange terminals. This will be the first time that customers will be able to back and lay horses on the high street. Technology that’s easy to use and hassle free. We also show the full range of sporting events and importantly, every live UK race to ensure our customers have the best possible service.

We’re also ensuring that every outlet meets the highest standards of disability access including counters with lowered sections for wheelchair users and hearing loops for the hard of hearing. Our Kings Cross shop has been given a Gold Access Equality Award by Scope, the first betting shop in the country to achieve this.“
